DIRECTIONS TO USE:

 (A) For Aromatherapy:

 Add few drops of Maduras Herbals Clary Sage Essential Oil in diffuser or vaporizer. Enjoy the earthy, herbaceous, floral scent

 (B) For Skin:

 Add 3 to 5 drops of Maduras Herbals Clary Sage essential oil to the bathwater to soothe sore muscles and improve mood.

 Or dilute it with any carrier oil (Olive Oil or Sweet Almond Oil or Sesame Oil or any other oil of your choice). Massage it all over your body in upward direction with gentle strokes. Leave for 15-20 minutes. Then wash off

 (C) For Hair:

 Dilute few drops of Maduras Herbals Clary Sage Essential Oil with Coconut Oil or Sesame Oil. Slightly warm the oil and start massaging your scalp. Keep it for an hour or leave overnight. Wash off using a mild hair cleanser

 Or you can add few drops in your shampoo or conditioner

 (D) Other uses:

 During menstruation, (in folk medicines) Clary Sage Essential Oil is used in brining hormonal balance in women. Just rub Clary sage essential oil (diluted with any carrier oil) on the feet. This is done for reducing the discomfort during menstruation
